TIMOTHY S. KINGCADE: There are a lot of attorneys who are just learning bankruptcy law. I’ve been doing bankruptcy and only bankruptcy on my own since 1996. I initially worked for a chief bankruptcy judge then worked for a bankruptcy trustee. I’m also a CPA, a certified public accountant.
